To address these needs, BOOST Consulting & Training has developed the Certified Risk Management Professional program. This course equips participants with practical knowledge and professional tools to identify, assess, manage, and monitor risks across the enterprise.

 

The program covers the full risk management lifecycle including risk governance, enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks, risk appetite, risk assessment methodologies, control design, mitigation planning, incident management, and risk reporting. Participants will gain the competence to support risk management functions, strengthen organizational resilience, improve decision-making through risk intelligence, and implement risk practices aligned with governance and compliance expectations.
