These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, platforms, and training services provided by Boost Training ("Boost", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, enrolling in a program, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

Boost provides professional training, consultancy, and development programs for organizations and individuals across the Middle East, North Africa, and the Gulf region. Services may include instructor-led training, virtual sessions, e-learning content, assessments, certifications, and related consultancy.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

To access certain services, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and confirmation by Boost. Fees, payment terms, and deadlines are set out in the applicable proposal, invoice, or program description.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT) and must be paid in the currency specified. Payments are due according to the schedule agreed at the time of booking.

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or cancellation of access to services, and Boost reserves the right to recover outstanding amounts together with any applicable late fees.

Cancellation, transfer, and refund terms vary by program and will be specified in the applicable proposal or program documentation. Where no specific terms are provided, the following defaults apply: cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund or credit; cancellations made 7–14 days before are eligible for a 50% credit; cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.

Participants may request a one-time transfer to a later session of the same program, subject to availability and any difference in fees. Substitutions of participants are permitted at no additional cost with prior written notice.

Boost reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or credit.

All content provided by Boost — including training materials, presentations, workbooks, assessments, videos, software, and documentation — is owned by Boost or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use training materials solely for your personal or internal organizational learning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission from Boost.

The Boost name, logo, and any related marks are trademarks of Boost Training and may not be used without prior written consent.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) submit false, misleading, or harmful information; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks; (e) interfere with the proper functioning of our services; or (f) use our services to transmit spam, malware, or offensive content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these rules or whose conduct is otherwise harmful to Boost, its participants, or third parties.

In the course of providing our services, we may share or receive confidential information. Each party agrees to keep such information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, already known without breach of an obligation of confidence, or independently developed or lawfully obtained from a third party.

Our website and services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, or tools. Boost does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boost disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant that our content is error-free, complete, or current, or that our services will be uninterrupted or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Boost for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boost and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or posed a risk to Boost or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise agreed in a specific written contract between you and Boost.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
