Course Introduction

Governance, risk, and compliance activities often develop separately across an organization. Different functions may maintain their own obligations, risk assessments, controls, issues, and reporting processes, creating duplicated effort and fragmented information. The challenge is not simply to strengthen each discipline individually, but to connect them so that responsibilities are clear, controls address the right requirements and risks, issues are visible, and decision-makers receive a coherent view of organizational exposure.

Boost Consulting & Training offers this course to develop an integrated and practical approach to GRC. Participants learn to connect organizational objectives with obligations and risks, establish ownership, align controls, coordinate monitoring and assurance, manage issues and exceptions, and develop integrated reporting that supports management decisions. The course focuses on how GRC operates across functions rather than treating governance, risk, and compliance as three separate subjects.

The main concept of this course is to create a connected GRC environment in which objectives, risks, obligations, controls, ownership, monitoring, and assurance work together instead of operating through disconnected organizational processes.
