Implementation of Kaizen in the Production Floor

This training program is designed to help professionals gain an in-depth understanding of the Kaizen continuous improvement process. This training program will get participants to learn practical approaches and applications of the system rather than just listening for higher retention of concepts and theory. Exercises, practical implementations on the production floor, and case studies will also be integrated into the training program to demonstrate and bring to life the concepts being taught.
