Course Introduction

This foundational course introduces participants to the core principles, concepts, and requirements of an Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) based on ISO 37001. It explains how organizations can systematically prevent, detect, and respond to bribery risks through structured policies, controls, procedures, and an effective compliance culture. Participants will gain clarity on the intent of ISO 37001, how its clauses integrate into existing governance frameworks, and the importance of top management commitment for system effectiveness.

Throughout the program, participants will explore the ISO 37001 requirements in a practical, easy-to-apply format. Real examples, case discussions, and practical guidance will help them understand how organizations can achieve conformity with the standard and demonstrate due diligence. By the end of the course, attendees will have a clear understanding of how ISO 37001 strengthens integrity, compliance, and organizational trust.
