Microsoft 365 Identity and Services

This training course is designed to provide participants with the three central elements of Microsoft 365 enterprise administration: Microsoft 365 tenant and service management, Office 365 management, and Microsoft 365 identity management.

This course covers topics such as the key components that must be planned when designing a Microsoft 365 tenant, how to configure a Microsoft 365 tenant, including organizational profile, tenant subscription options, component services, user accounts and licenses, and security groups. This course will also allow participants to manage their tenant, which includes the configuration of tenant roles and managing their tenant health and services.
