Course Introduction

Teamwork. Team dynamics. Team effort.

The Leading Teams for Innovation and Success program adopts a strategic and global perspective on all aspects of teams—from formation and management to leadership. Successful teams are capable of fostering creativity and innovation, making organizations more adaptable to market forces, and achieving unprecedented results. However, building and developing high-performing teams is a complex task.

This program provides strategies, skills, and hands-on simulation experiences to challenge your assumptions and transform your teams. Over six intensive, practical days, you will work with a distinguished faculty to explore evidence-based research and uncover unexpected insights about team development. You will learn how to leverage diversity, boost engagement, influence without formal authority, harness collective intelligence, and implement change. Additionally, Design Thinking principles are applied to enhance innovation within teams.
