This training program is designed by BOOST to develop participants' capabilities in evaluating, acquiring, managing, and optimizing real estate and asset investments.

The training program combines real estate investment principles with financial analysis, valuation, feasibility assessment, portfolio management, risk analysis, and investment decision-making.

In addition, participants will work through investment cases, property analysis, financial models, valuation scenarios, and portfolio decisions to develop the ability to determine whether an investment opportunity creates sustainable value and how assets can be actively managed to improve financial and strategic performance.
