Course Introduction

Effective policies and procedures provide the foundation for consistent decision-making, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, accountability, and effective governance. This practical course equips participants with a structured methodology for analysing organizational requirements and designing, drafting, reviewing, implementing, and maintaining clear and effective policies and procedures.
